I can’t attest to this brand but the Alva 2 pack of swim diapers are excellent. I bought them 3 years ago and have used them on 2 children so far. They have sizing snaps for both rise and waist.

Oh awesome! Glad to hear how well they hold up Katie! Thanks so much for the great feedback!

  2. Michelle

They might not arrive until July 18! Today is June 5. That is a long time to wait for a swim diaper during swimming season!

    • Claudia

Probably because it’s coming from China.

My guess is these are mediocre at best. So they are fine for the price but I wouldn’t go into it expecting a great steal especially if you are looking for something to get a lot of use out of. There are some good swim diapers out there but this isn’t one of them.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn! Thanks for the honest review Ashley!

  4. Sarah

The 2 pack of these is 12.99 and ships with Prime!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Sweet find Sarah! Thanks for sharing!

    • Sarah

Thank you for sharing! Grabbed a two pack for the $12.99 and guaranteed two day shipping with prime!

If you cloth diaper your child you can just take the inserts out and use the shell as a swim diaper. I found this out last summer talking with customer service. I have bum genius 4.0s and it works perfectly!

      This is what we do!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh cool! Thanks for the helpful tip Jamie!

Wish I would’ve thought of this sooner! We CD and had a hard time tracking down swim diapers for our 2 kiddos. Thanks for posting for others!

Fyi-for anyone who already CDs and has pockets or covers you can just use those. Just don’t put in the inserts.
Only if you’re swimming in non-chlorinated water too. We did this all the time for the kiddie pool in the yard and when we went swimming at the lake

Great info, we never use disposable swim diapers now that we know better. Esoecially for backyard and beach, there is no need.

Would love to see more cloth diaper deals posted on hip2save, it’s an amazing way to save money! I love mine. As previously posted, there are a lot of cloth diaper brands that also make swim diapers. I prefer to buy from these small companies who also offer great customer service (e.g. Thirsties, Applecheeks, etc).
