      STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I PROMISE YOU! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I was on the phone between them and my bank from 6am-5:30pm today (no joke! no exaggeration) trying to get my glasses ordered. Half of the people on the phone do not speak enough English to understand what you are telling them. They refuse to allow you to speak to supervisors if asked. They talk on top of you. They hang up on you. Every thing I asked them to do…they couldn’t do it. The 3 installment plan is an unethical farce because they take out the full price of your glasses and then charge the 3 installments out of that pot. So, it is now 10:14pm where I am….and I STILL have not gotten to order my glasses because of the customer service. Aside from all of this, I received in the mail, someone else’s invoice with their private information on it….address, bank card number, phone number EVERYTHING!!!!! NO JOKE. I PROMISE I AM NOT JOKING OR LYING!!!!! Thank goodness for this man that I am an honest person because seriously, I could have done some harm. I told the individual who answered the phone and he was totally unphased. Said oh, that must be someone else’s. I asked the representative if he would like me to forward the invoice to him and he said no!!!!! This WHOLE transaction, all freakin’ day was a disaster from 6am until 5:30pm when I and the bank gave up totally. I’m telling you….they ARE really cheap glasses…..but they come at a horrible horrible price.

    I ordered just regular single readers and I sent two pairs back before I found a set I liked. Very nice and easy to deal with. I wish that multifocals wasn’t so expensive

    I have the $38 glasses in my cart but the promo code error says “Coupon code “hip2saveretro” cannot be applied to Clearance frames, however you can still enjoy free shipping on all items.”

    Anyone else having issues using the code on sale items?

      Did you shop through the link above? I found that it automatically applied for me at checkout, on the sale glasses priced at $38. If so, maybe try again in a different browser. It works for me in Chrome. Hoping this helps!

        Yes, I went through the link. It will only allow that code to be used on glasses that are full price and not premium. I’ve tried different ways. I am using safari. I will try a different way.

    Worked for me. I’ve worn contacts for almost 20 years and it’s catching up to me in my 30’s. Doctor says I need to wear glasses a LOT more but with my insane glasses grade I have to get extra everything and even at Costco that’s expensive. I’ve been waiting for a pair to get sunglasses with.     I received THE worst customer service experience of my entire life. My first TWO calls (within 1/2 hour) I had a person who did not speak English well so I was not confident about my order. I asked to speak to a supervisor of BOTH customer service representatives. The first one hung up on me, the second one outright refused to give me over to a supervisor. He kept saying a supervisor could not change the procedure for me. I continued to tell him that I didn’t want anything changed. He spoke over me. He was arrogant and rude…and continued to refuse to give me to a supervisor. I called AGAIN and received this customer service agent AGAIN and AGAIN he refused to give me over to a supervisor and then he hung up on me.

    The fourth time I called, I received a lady with an English accent and when I told her what my experience had been thus far, she was unphased. She said there were a LOT of other agents and she didn’t know who these people were. As I attempted to order with this woman, she continued to try to push me into things I did not want and I had to repeat myself several times for several issues that she apparently did not wish for me to get. Finally the lady gave up because NOW I am having to order my glasses by myself on the website.

    I will be copying and pasting this review to EVERY place online in the USA because this was THE worst experience ever.
