Walmart Wellness Day: Free Health Screenings, Samples + More (From 10AM-2PM Only)
Today only, Walmart stores are hosting a Free Wellness Day Event from 10AM to 2PM. They’ll have free blood pressure, blood glucose and BMI screenings, low cost immunizations administered by their health professionals and free product samples. Be sure to call your local Walmart to make sure they’re participating before you head out.

My local Sams Club does this once a month. The nurse who helped us was so nice and then we got a goodie bag of samples afterwards from the pharmacy.
Some of my nurse friends work at these events. They are a great opportunity to get free health screenings and you also receive coaching on your results.
