Can please somebody qua hepl me with this question? Today I went to target I bought 3 maybelline mascaras. When I notice that I picked the wrong color I returned. The Mascara was $6.99 and I used $3.00 off coupon, that’s mean that I paid $3.99. But when I return it the gave me $6.99. I Was surprised! Please can anyone tell me if I committed coupon fraud? Thank again.

They give you back the price paid. Since the coupon pays for part of the price, and it was taken by the cashier (and would be sent to the manufacturer for redemption), the store technically will have received 6.99 for the mascara.
I have had that happen before. Now, coupon fraud will be you taking 6.99 and printing another $3 coupon and buying the same item for $3.99, which would mean having used a coupon twice on the same item. That would be fraud. Or intentionally returning coupon-bought products with the intent to get cash back for coupons.
    Otherwise, you are good.

Is this a good price for tp?

This is .26 per big roll. I’m usually happy with .25 per regular roll so I feel like this is a good price.

I can’t bring myself to pay $40 for tp I personally think Target is way to high on household items
