I went to my local target tonight and was going to use my gift card which you were supposed to get for buying 20 dollars worth of hygiene products….i did use coupons and was told I am not allowed to get a gift card since my total after coupons needs to reach 20 dollars…..i was denied using the gift card and was treated like a criminal…..nowhere does it state to reach 20 dollars After coupons….is it written on paper somewhere on why I can’t receive the gift card after coupons?
