The 15% didn’t work on the Duo but worked on the one pictured, it is a bonus pack so it is technically a single polish. HTH!
The 15% didn’t work at my Target either. Although it says assorted varieties my Target claimed it was just on the singles. Bummer.
The cartwheel also didn’t work on the Schick razors or the sour patch kids candy a few days ago. I’m wondering if it’s a glitch because of them updating the cartwheel to the Target app now.
I tried to get the gel duos at Walgreens and tried using the monthly book for the $5/2 and they also told me it does NOT work on the duos! I was so mad because I had the perfect deal prepared for there!
It does not I tried also but paid with a $2 off sally hansen printable it comes out to $7.99 for the pack
I also tried with some clearance ones and they aren’t allowing at all.
Cartwheel didn’t work for me. Customer service was nice enough to give me cash refund.

Yeah, YMMV with the cartwheel being applied by management or cashier. You should change the post to only include singles since those are the only ones that actually work/scan for cartwheel.
