Has anyone put these in the dishwasher? I got one today and it says to hand wash but I would rather put in the dw. Just wondering if it will damage it
We haven’t, but because it’s so wide it’s super easy to hand wash. It’s the first cup I don’t mind handwashing.
It can damage the seal which keeps the vacuum insulation between the two stainless steel walls. I’ve had it happen, kept cold, washed it in dish washer, next time I used it I noticed it would sweat and didn’t hold ice or keep my drink cold any better than a regular cup. The seal was damaged somehow in the wash and the cup wasn’t vacuum sealed anymore

From what I understand, putting it in the dw causes it to lose its seal. The seal is what makes it stay so cold. Let me know if others understand it differently. I would also LOVE the convenience of the dw.

The deal one the green one has actually been going on for a few days. I’m surprised it didn’t sell out earlier. I saw someone post that the pink one is $7 also if you search for it individually. I ordered a couple of the green ones and am excited because I don’t have any of these type of cups.
It looks like the green one is going out of stock then its back in stock. I ordered both the green and pink ones yesterday and again today for gifts. Pink and orange are both $7.

We have one of this insulated cups already that I purchased for my dad and he loves it. It does what it supposed to do. Keeps cold drinks for hours and even on a long drive trip this summer. So this is a great deal for $5 as I bought the first one at regular price. It’s still a good deal.

I have two and I have put them in the dishwasher so many times. Just recently has my orange one got a small chip in the bottom, but it’s only the color that comes off. The colored ones are just like the all silver one, but with a coated thick layer of color. So even though it chipped it does nothing to the cup itself.
