  5. Mrs BK

I still have my NES classic and a bunch of games. I really want this system. Hope it will be in greater supply than the previous one.

  6. Dana

Nintendo does a great job at building up hype and not making enough to build an inflated demand.

    • Julie

      Completely agree.

    • Nico's Mom

It’s awful how they do that! Ugh!

  7. Emily

I will be trying to get one, but not counting on it, as I was never able to get the nes one.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hoping you will be able to grab this one Emily!

Fun idea… until they produce and release one at a time! In stock, out of stock, in stock, out of stock. Such a turn off.

With that said… I want one!

  11. Marie

I really want this. I hope they made enough, because I refuse to pay ebay prices for it. Fingers crossed.

  12. Emily

The anger I have about the severely understocked Classic NES nakes me want to boycott this and not get my hopes up.

  13. chris

  18. Xochitl

I still have my old super Nintendo. I haven’t tried it for a couple of years tho so don’t know If it still works. If i were to buy thus one can i use old games that I have on this?

    • Rebecca

      No, these games are preloaded.

  19. Kathryn

I got a NES and it brings back some fun memories. I would buy this one just for the Mario Kart. The Switch has a fun Mario Kart, but nothing compares to the original!

  20. Rebecca

I still have my old super Nintendo & a ton of games. Which is good, because I’m still pissed about their classic NES rollout .

Any of you ladies know a thing or two about tech, (I don’t! Lol..but…) my husband was able to build a game system using a “raspberry pi ” he has loaded all the game boy, nes, super nes, ps1 , etc …games into this system. You buy the memory and controller separate . He said it wasn’t too difficult and cost less than $100! You can google or YouTube it.

    • Norma D Luera

very true !!! my husband made one as a project ! ( he does NOT know anything about computers ) very simple and cool for the kids

    • Kathryn

We made one too for around $50.

I use to play Zelda, donkey Kong, and Mario all the time with my sister growing up. On a whim asked my parents to get me the nes for my birthday gift…but told my mother to not stand in line or pay overpriced for it. I didn’t get one and I’m completely okay with that. The way they release them is ridiculous and I’ve never been interested in having the next best thing. I just thought it would be neat to have a childhood gift from growing up. Oh well lol…probably won’t even attempt this one.
