I still haven’t received my furniture from the bedroom set. Ordered it a month ago!

Called customer service and they can’t seem to have any shipping information or delivery status. Called the xpo truck delivery sister and they keep telling me that they don’t have the furniture yet and I will be contacted once they recive it from manufacture. This has been a bit of a headache.

I ordered the sofa the last time it was posted. It said on my confirmation that they would contact me July 5 to set up delivery to my home. I knew up front that it would be awhile before it was shipped but I am glad. We are trying to get the living room painted before it arrives.
Agreed. This isn’t just this company. Quite honestly these things are usually coming on a boat from another country. Can be slow.

Claudia I didn’t purchase furniture but did purchase many things for my daughter’s birthday that never came I had called about 2 weeks after and about a month later, each telling me different things. I’m not sure what’s going up with them right now but stay on them! My stuff magically showed up at the store over a month later!! I just kept the clothes I bought. But they gave me a big run around!!
I bought this couch last time it was posted on here for the same price and it was delivered last week. It is a super comfortable couch and I LOVE lying down on it! The material is def microfiber, which I love bc I have three little ones and it’s so easy to clean. You can’t beat it at this price.

What color did you get and what do you think of it? I keep reading that the colors are much brighter than they look on the computer screen so I’m not sure what to go with.

Completely off topic but I purchased an instant pot last year and it is defective and I don’t have the receipt. They are willing to replace it if I have a receipt but I have moved and honestly can’t fin it. Has anyone ever worked with their customer service?
Did you buy it online or in store?
At Kohls and paid cash. We have moved so I doubt I have the receipt. I actually bought two. I’d love if I could find a receipt. I am lost without my pressure cooker. They said it was clearly defective because the metal sides are all dented. When I cook it appears the metal is “sucking” in.
Not sure how much you can do if they are only able to help with a receipt. In stores you have the option of getting your receipts emailed to you at check out. I’d probably start doing that from now on to be on the safe side.
Do they still sell the same item, buy a new one and return the defective with the receipt.

I am not finding any fabric samples available as I click through. However, when adding three sofas to my cart, I do still find the shipping to be $125 at checkout. Hope this helps!

Ordered a settee it came in quick and very comfortable . Delivery service already called set up date for recliner even though almost 2 wks from now great savings , had coupon and reward points . So excited !

I just received the sofa and rocker/recliner. Cushions are a little firm, but I prefer that instead of really cushy. Delivery was on time – received the furniture in about 3 weeks. If you are looking for a nice, budget-friendly furniture set, this is a good option. I have cats with claws, so this works for me – I didn’t want to fork over too much for a couch that would likely become a scratching post in a month or two!.

I bought this when it was posted a couple weeks ago. We got it last week and I love it. We went with cobblestone because it’s very neutral. I love the color. I also ordered through swagbucks because they are doing 12 swagbucks for every $1 spent at JC Penney right now. I earned about $100 in gift cards for shopping through that link! Be careful if you order this: make sure to
double check delivery dates. I tried to order this set and was told that I would be contacted by July 19th with a delivery date, which could then be several weeks after July 19th. In order to qualify for the rebate, you have to submit the form no later than July 30th, and customer service told me that I can’t claim the rebate until AFTER the item is delivered. So without knowing if the delivery date would be before or after July 30th, I decided not to purchase.
I had this sofa and returned it. It was so cheaply made.

I have this couch and I love it! It was an impulse buy a few weeks ago. I’d say the biggest hassle was the delivery- the truck has strict schedules and living alone, it was tough to get a time slot where I didn’t miss work. The couch is so comfy and fits perfectly in my living room 🙂

I bought 2 of these couches in Mocha color last time it was posted. I was pleasantly surprised! They are beautiful!! It was such a fabulous deal that I was expecting much (thinking I may get a few years out of them). Also, delivery was quick–came the next week!

Has anybody purchase this with the taxes included? I curious how much the cost will be.
Tax is going to vary depending on where you live. Each state has different sales tax.
I purchased the couch, and unfortunately it came out of the plastic damaged. The back frame was split. Spent over an hour and fifteen minutes on hold until I could reach a representative. It was too much of a hassle to get an even exchange, so they are coming back to pick up the couch and refund my money. It is a comfy couch, but honestly not worth the hassle with JCPenney customer service. Good luck.
It seems like last week I had seen ride white and blue star lights that you could shine on your house that were a cheap price but by the time I looked it had went up in price. I thought it was from Home Depot I can’t find them now. Can you share the link again with me please.
Got the sofa and was delivered within 2 weeks. They delivered the wrong color and had nothing on the sofa that identified the color. Very inconvenient to have to send back and reschedule. grrrr!
