Not with this particular unit. I have purchased two others from Amazon in the past. First one I purchased was a Pinook. It is very teeny tiny, but packs a punch to your muscles. You say ahhhhh, after using this. It really acts just like the ones used in doctors and therapy offices, it is just a mini tens unit. This was one of the originals they came on the market, also seen in malls, etc. The second was from Groupon was called Palm Massager. It came in a few different colors, and also came with pads, connectors and charger too. It looks like the older Ipod that had a resemblance of a wheel in the center for the controls. This one is slightly heavier, and not as slim. However, very small in size overall. My husband says it works just like my Pinook.
We use these when our back aches especially, but can be used on muscles, etc. Best little gadgets we ever bought. Price of second one was cheaper. Its seems as if these are everywhere, and better pricing due to that factor.
