  If you have American Express card, you can sign up for shoprunner for free. Sometimes they offer few months to a year of free shoprunner from PayPal too. Check to see if you have either one.

  Kate Spade always has free shipping, but if you want a ShopRunner membership and don’t have an Amex card, I’d suggest monitoring Groupon and Living Social. I got a year one for $5 and I use it all the time (because I love shopping at Lord and Taylor’s sales).

   thank you SOOOOOO much for this! I just ordered the Cameron Street Jenson (tile blue) and it came to $ 113. (shipped free 2/ shoprunner) It was regularly $ 378!! OMG! this is like Christmas in July!! Happy 4th and thank you again!!
