If I pay 3.99 a month for my echo, does that mean I cannot use it on my phone while on the go?

I just bought this deal and I really like it so far! I always want to listen to good new music for my workouts, I like Pandora but hate the adds. I love this app! I’ve added so many songs I love to a playlist that I listen to when I run. I’ve literally found all the music I’ve searched so far. I highly recommend this. I think I will keep it even when it increases to $7.99 a month. I don’t ever have to buy new music so the value is worth it to me. Thanks for posting this!

Doesn’t this come with Amazon prime?
There is some music that comes with Prime but this has a ton more including stuff that is just released.
Google play music also has a great deal right now which is 4 months free trial for their premium music service. I’ve been using it the last few days when I do my cycling workout & it’s very nice so far. I’m liking it better than Spotify & pandora.

Can you actually download songs onto your phone/ device to play at a later time with Amazon’s music service? My gym doesn’t have Wi-Fi so that’s how I get around it.
Yes you can Denise. You can also set it to be stored to your SD card so it leaves room for the apps on your phone. I have several dozen downloaded at any time. I’ve had the services since Dec and love it. I used to buy a CD every month or so but now I have access to thousands. This service saves me money in the long wrong. Their classical selection isn’t quite as robust as the pop stuff but I still think it is worth while.
Just a warning that when I tried to sign up for the deal, I was signed up for the trial (I had never used it before) and when I contacted Amazon- they refused to honor the deal, and wanted me to sign up for 99 cents/per month for 4 months, instead of 99 cents for 4 months (25 cents each).
Never had a problem with Amazon not honoring their deal before, and actually saying I mistakenly read it as well!
They also have a deal for $30 off (2 free months) if you upgrade from individual membership to family plan, using promo code FAMILY. However it didn’t work for me & I was immediately charged the $14.99. Though it would drop off but it did not, had to contact for refund. Not sure what’s up with Amazon lately.
