What is ClickList?

ClickList is an online grocery ordering service from Kroger that allows you to shop online and pick up your order at the store without having to leave your car! Note that the service fee for a ClickList order is waived for your first 3 orders; fees vary by region for ClickList curbside pickup but are around $4.95. Get more information online at checkout or at your local store.

When you pick up your order, any digital coupons you have clipped will be applied. Bring paper coupons with you as well, they will apply them to your order then too!

I’ve used clicklist often and love it. They do take print coupons. You don’t even get out of your car. You pull up to the designated spot and call the posted phone number. They scan your coupons and explain any substitutions. You go over the receipt and if everything looks good they scan your card right there. If you have any discrepancies they are good about making it right. Deducting digital coupons, honoring sale prices, etc.

My ClickList experience was great! I pulled in, called the number on the sign, gave my name & a wonderfully nice woman brought out the order. My coupons came off and I just owed for the couple other things I added. The worker used her tablet to access the transaction, swiped my card, I signed & it was all good & easy – I did ask about paper coupons and she said when you call to say you are there tell them you have paper coupons & they will come out to get them, take in & ring up your items & then bring it all out. She was super happy about her job and this service –asked me to spread the word that this store has it so they get to keep the program.

I’m teaching my son to coupon at Kroger and I told him he could keep the money he saved our household from coupons. Deals like this are going to make me go broke. 😉 Thank you!

    • Heather C

      Awe! Sweet AND funny!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Lol! What a neat idea Jennifer! You’re so welcome!

      • Jennifer

Had a $107 bill when I ordered online & this deal, digital coupons, and mfr coupons got it down to $55. And another $13.60 in digital Boxtops for Education app earnings to send off to my son’s school (if I calculated that right). And Clicklist did same day pickup! Last time I attempted it you had to schedule 3 days in advance. So happy with this deal!

  2. Emily

Where is the $10/50 coupon? Thanks for this awesome deal!

    • Annalise

Second this question! Excited to try! Thank you 🙂

    • Tasha C

It’s on the Kroger app coupons. I’m guessing not everyone gets them.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi there! I still find that available when clicking through the link above and scrolling down just a bit. Hope this helps!

  3. Rebecca

Do you have to purchase something on ClickList to get these for free? Or can my “purchase” just be these items so my entire order will come out as $0?

  4. bexdisney

Do I have to purchase something to get these items for free? Or can my “purchase” just be these items so that my total comes out as $0?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi there! I am not finding a purchase requirement listed in the details. You could always call your local store to be certain. Hope this helps!

  5. Kim

Looks like I will be giving clicklist a try! I’m curious if only clicklist coupons work or do all digital coupons work? Like the Friday feeble? Thanks!

    • J

All of them! 👍🏻 And you can use paper coupons at pickup!

      • Kim

        Thank you!!!

  6. Tasha C

I did this yesterday. My total was $56 before any coupons. I used mainly ecoupons including the free clicklist and $10 off $50. After all those my total I paid was $22. I even had $6 in rebate apps to make money on so my over all total for my huge haul was $16!!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Awesome score! Thanks for sharing!

    • Kayden

What all did you get? Looking to make an order soon and have no idea where to start.

    • M.

Did you get the Hemisfare ice cream and free perrier with that total? Thank you!

  7. Tiggy

Bummer, my nearest participating store is 75 miles away!

    • Stacy

The Kroger link said that for me, but when I went to my local affiliate page, I found one in my town.

  8. Lauren

It wants my card information to make the purchase and the digital coupons are not coming off my total. Am I doing something wrong?

    • J

      They come off at pickup

      • Tasha C

And your not charged until pickup

    • haleslll

Make sure you are actually in the Clicklist section and not just shopping on their website. It can be a bit confusing.

  9. Diane

Just in time for my visit to my elderly mom. I am still trying to get her to use this service. I am even willing to do her ordering for her and clip her coupons still no luck.

I found a coupon good for the next 3 days for free click list service fee in addition to the coupons Colin listed.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Sweet find! Thanks for sharing Diane!

  10. J

I LOVE click list! I rarely shop in store any longer because it is such a time and money saver that the $5 pick up fee is worth it. Always special freebies and they often give sample bags (with full size items even! And awesome coupons!) at pickup.

    • Sue

Where do you usually find the freebies?

      • J

Usually emails to download just like the current Talenti/Perrier one

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Thanks for the feedback!

  11. EM

Does my total have to be $50 before or after coupons to get the $10 off $50 and the perrier/talenti??

    • Amanda

I’ve always had the total be 50.00 before coupons. I absolutely love this service and use it all the time.

      • EM

        Thank you!

  12. Pat

I just ordered. It was 53 but I can’t wait to see how much it is when I pick it up tomorrow.

  13. Kira

I have a Fred Meyer, has anyone tried using these coupons since they load from Kroger?

    • Kari

following, as I have fred meyer here too!

    • Anna

I’m going to try today. The coupons all loaded onto my Freddy’s account so I think it will work just fine ! There’s no fine print on the coupons that say it’s redeemable only at a specific Kroger brand store

    • Megan Grandemange

I’ve used these Kroger coupons at Smiths many times with no problems, so I’m sure it’ll work fine at Fred Meyer too.

      • Anna

        Worked fine at Freddy’s!!!

        • Wren

          Thanks for the update Anna!

  14. Stacy

Has anyone used the Talenti/Perrier coupon? Has it come off a $50 pre-coupon order?

  15. Steph

Make sure to use the provided link. None of these were in my acct. otherwise to clip.

  16. laura

Anyone know if this works at foodsco

  17. J

Do these come off at checkout if u go to store and just get the items?

    • Pamela

No, you have to have ordered the items through Clicklist and pick them up at your scheduled time in the special Clicklist parking place.

  18. Allison

Can I just do a click list order for the freebies and not purchase anything else?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I am not finding a limit in the details. You could always call customer service to be sure.

  19. ag code?

off topic- looking for an american girl code. If you want to trade send me an email mce1934 gmail

  20. Sarah

Does anybody know if I can do both the $10 off $50 AND the talenti/Perrier coupons if my total is $52 before coupons since the total would be below $50 after either one was applied.

  21. Tasha from Arkansas

You aren’t charge a clicklist fee the first three times you order. I have ordered four times, and I just noticed a coupon for a free clicklist order!!!

    • Happymama

Yes, notice the dates. I think mine was only valid July 15/16th, but still!

      • Tasha from Arkansas

Mine expires in a few days as well.

  22. Kate

So… how does this work? You put your list together? Got to the store pick up area and pay there? And when using your rewards card it will take off the coupons?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      That is correct!

      • Kate

Went. Got $51.xx and it didn’t take off the $10 off $50 🙁 ….. why?

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hmm, were you able to ask a store associate for help?

        • Stacy

          Was it $51.xx before taxes?

  23. Heather

Bummer! My local Kroger’s aren’t participating quite yet! Such a bummer since they are currently offering all of these freebies!

  24. Judy Trac

just got done with picking up my freebies. thanks

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Awesome! YW!

  25. Tosha

$70.22 order down to $37.48 with all these nice coupons!! Thank you!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Wow! You are SO welcome!

  26. Jane Faught

I am having the worst time with this! I click on your link and it says I have added the products but then when I go to select a store – it says there are none. But, when I just click on the clicklist on my phone’s app – it tells me there are stores but then the coupons are not on my account and are not even available. HELP!! I hate to miss a good deal, but when it makes me want pull my hair out, it is just not worth it!!

    • Pamela

The store has to be a Kroger affiliate. Once you have loaded to your Kroger account, give it some time to be added to your Kroger affiliate store. HTH

  27. Kerry

Thank you! I love ClickList and use it every week, saves so much time! Go to the kroger app and under coupons do a search (top right) and type ClickList and all the free items coupons will come up and you can load them all from there.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You’re welcome Kerry! Thanks for the helpful feedback!

  28. Dana Mercer

Thought I would pass along something I learned the hard way! Make sure if you are putting together a clicklist order for the Mega sales……the sales when you have to purchase in certain quantities to get sale price….that you put in “special instructions” if out of stock replace with another item in mega sale. If not, your quantities get messed up and you have to pay higher price. Placed an order a few weeks ago and because they were out of stock on one of my items I was going to have to pay $2 for an item instead of $1…..and I had ordered 15! I did BOGO deals and free items today so. I just wrote “can substitute for different flavor/scent in the same size and brand.” Hope this makes sense!?!?!?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for sharing your experience! Good to know!

  29. Queenjen87

Pickup up my stuff a little while ago. Everything was in stock and worked except the p3 bogo coupon, so $23 with tax for $66 worth of product including all freebies, bread, 2 big things of tampax, a pack of diapers, and velveta bites (yum!)

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Great score! 🙂

  30. Angie

Thank you! We love using the check list 😍

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome Angie!

  31. riss

When I searched for the store, our 2 local Ralph’s and Food4Less didn’t show. Only stores that are 60 miles away. Does that mean our local affiliate stores do not participate?

  32. Allison

Thank you for posting this! It did work for me just to place a click list order for only the free items. Although, I did have to go into the store because three of the coupons didnt come off.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You’re welcome Allison! Glad they were able to help!

  33. Dana

    This was awesome. Thank you!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome!

  34. Ren Sife

My Kroger veto’d 5 free items! They let me have 2 for free and charged $7.48 for the rest – so frustrating – who wants to give someone a credit card not knowing the total charges??? they said they would only give a 5 items for free if we spent $50 or else the lines would all be backed up to far ! I was too tired to fight this one this evening ….. I could not return the items they charged me for – it was all or nothing! Thanks new Cornerstone in Centerville Ohio – still mad that they shut down our convienent little kroger …..

    • Dana

      I would email corporate!!!

  35. meka

Does anyone know if foodstamps can be used?

  36. Sarah

I have yet to use click list… just a question for those who have used it…. do you tip the person who comes out and delivers your order/takes care of your money/coupons for you??? If yes… how much??? Just wondering. Thanks!

    • Kerry

They are not allowed to accept tips!

    • Kate

      No.

  37. Amber

It doesn’t seem to be available to me in southern CA. I put in my zip code and the nearest stores to me are in Texas… Oh well!

    • hydrangeacafe

I’m in So Cal as well. Try starting an order and put in your ZIP code then. I had a store in my area, even though my original search turned-up the TX results.

    • riss

There’s some in LA area and Orange county. Unfortunately, none of the Ralph’s in our area are participating.

  38. Kate

Anyone went just for the free items and didn’t have a problem?

  39. Jennifer E.

Kroger canceled my order and said that I needed to spend $50 in order to get those 5 freebies.

  40. Jennifer E.

Cant find the $10/$50 coupon, any suggestions?

  41. April

I just barely found the time to check this out. When I click on the above link, it’s showing 11 freebies plus some high value coupons on other things. I wonder if you can only choose 5 or if you get all of them?

  42. Jeanette E Collins

I just did this. What a deal. I am sure I saved even more because there was no impulse buying and my time involved. I LOVE IT!

  43. Stacy

Just got back from the store (Dillons is my Kroger affiliate). To answer my own question, from the reciept, it looks as though the Perrier/Talenti did NOT come off automatically, but that my store fixed it before giving me my order. Something interesting (and I am NOT necessarily condoning doing this purposely) was that I had the $4.95 Clicklist free pick-up coupon clipped because I thought thats how you got the free pick-up for your first 3 orders. However, looking at the reciept, it auto took off $4.95 for it being my first pickup AND another $4.95 for the ecoupon.

  44. Barbee Sjodahl

I only want 1 of the 5 free items. Do I have to buy them all? Thanks!

  45. Julie

Just spent an hour and a half putting together an order. Missed the deadline to pick up today so I set pick up for tomorrow. I just realized their prices change on Wednesday. Will I get the prices today or is my order going to get completely messed up? Coupons will still be valid, but the prices for sale items will change. Ugh! I wish I could have just picked it up today. (pick up for 7-8pm tonight – last one for the day – had to be entered by 3:00pm).

  46. Niki

I have a Clicklist bonus coupon for $5 off when you buy Tide and Downy together but I also have a $3 off tide and a $2 off of downy. Will Kroger use all of these coupons together for a total of $10 off?
