I was able to score the Groupon for $16, went on hanes.com and placed my order of 9 items (8PK &4PK girls boys shorts, cami 5PK, 1 PK of 11socks, 3 white tights and 2 black tights) with free shipping and my total was $3.19. The extra tights can always be put away in gift box for my daughter’s friend. I am grateful for this deal and I think my daughter is ready for her school year…Muchas Gracias 🙂

fyi: once you add a second pack on their 2/$xx deals, you can get a 3rd pack at that same price…ie: I bought 3 packs that were all marked 2/$14 so it makes each of the 3 packs cost $7…no need to buy a 4th when I’m already at $21! sweet deal!

For everyone who was able to get the groupon but having trouble with the hanes.com site I had some trouble getting my order to go through so I called customer service and they put it through with all of the free shipping and groupon codes and all worked. And I received the confirmation email. But know that their site is having trouble. Maybe a lot of people at once or something with the groupon.

TODAY code not working for me either but I did get a $10 off $50 when I signed up for emails and as long as I had any kid item in my cart ALLKIDS code gave me free shipping.

Is there a trick to using the code? It says it isn’t valid for that deal.
I can’t get the voucher to work in my cart. Added the voucher code to the “apply promo code” section. Took the hyphens out and it only allows so many characters. Can someone guide me please.

Heads up! I was able to use the code TODAY earlier and for a total of $16 due. BUT—–$20 was deducted from my account! And, when I asked customer service for a $4 credit, she asked me for a screen shot showing that the $4 credit was actually showing there when I processed the payment for $16. HORRIBLE customer service! She refused to give me a credit AND said that the code NEVER worked for that deal today! Called me a liar!

They have changed the fine print to say that promo codes may not be used on this deal. It had worked for me earlier, but I didn’t complete my order, went back and it took the $4 savings away.
