Yes they are. My daughter is 2yrs old and 3.5yrs old and they wear 8T and 9T.
The t beside it means toddler. 11 and up is considered girls sizes. I figured that out when size 11 wouldn’t work with a baby toddler promo code!
Can’t say enough good things about the Made 2 Play line of their shoes! Im the crazy lady who ordered these in silver in *seven* sizes (for one child!)! Lol I’m obsessed with SR M2P and it’s rare to find any with no accent colors that truly go with everything. I sure hope I love them when they come. But if not I know I can return them easily. 😉
