I didn’t get any points… Showing 0 points earned on this order. So today I used the online chat on Sears.com, a customer rep. Annmarie was able to provide me with the info below, just in case you encounter the same issue as me:
Yingchi, I am sorry to inform you that due to system error both the orders were not successfully linked to the rewards account as a result there is a delay in receiving the points. Nothing to worry, you can give a simple phone call directly to our Rewards Department at: 1-800-991-8708 anytime between 8:00am – 11:00pm (CST) 7 days a week and report the issue.
