If you’re on a low carb/high fat diet like Keto, this is the BEST way to cream up your coffee when liquid heavy cream is impractical. I keep this in my desk at work so I don’t have to use the crappy, carby, artificial creamer the company provide. It’s very creamy with a slight butteryness that is quite pleasant. A little goes a long way, so one tub lasts me two months.
Makes it easy to have cream on hand for any baking project without running to the store. Also works for coffee creamer – it’s natural and has no chemicals!
This is wonderful for making up the small quantities of cream that I need for making icings and cookies (and sometimes biscuits). I just mix up the amount I need, so there’s no waste at all. It tastes just like fresh cream, and it certainly saves me money!
