No, you have to reach $15 based on the BO/GO 50% off prices.
There is also a $1 off any U by Kotex IP on coupons.com
They were priced at 4.79 at my store. The total came to only $14,66 and didn’t meet the threshold for the Extra Bucks. Not only that but I wasn’t able to use 2 $3.00 coupons- the system wouldn’t allow it. I just returned them.
