I just called customer service and she’s reading the same thing. She said it can be used in store. But since there’s no barcode and it says online only at the top I feel like it’s going to be a huge issue. I was going to go there anyways so I’ll come back to let everyone know if it works.

Read the fine print at the bottom of your emails. Mine states “online only” at the top but gives in store purchase rules in the fine print at the bottom.

No I ordered online ordered 2 $5 pumpkin soaps used the code and got the candle free still had to pay shipping which was $5.99 with tax my order was $17 and changed shipped to my door

I just purchased the Pomegranate version of the essential oil candles last week and it is very nice. The scent has a good throw to it. I almost purchased the Eucalyptus that day also so I guess I will be gong back!

Before dragging my kids to the store- I don’t get their emails however, I screenshot the banner shown on their site when clicking the link provided by Hip2Save… Think the store would honor it?

To use a coupon in store there needs to be a 4 digit number code or barcode. Online coupons use a word for the coupon
On Retailmenot the coupon is only good online. I suggest calling the store to check. If there is not barcode to scan or 4 digit number we are told it’s online only.

i just called my local b&bw and they said its with a 40 dollar purchase which makes no sense cause it says on the email with ANY PURCHASE.
i just called their customer service line and they said its online only and the email has been changed and sent out (which i havent received yet)

Just came back from my store and she said there’s no way she would be able to ring me out without that 4 digit in store code, she was nice about it but no luck in store.
I put one body cream in my cart and it says the shipping is $9.99. How do I get the $5.99 shipping?

Went to the store and it worked. The lady at first said that’s online only and I said no the fine print say’s to show you this email in store to get the offer. She read it and said oh wow okay yes. She didn’t know what code to use so she just did something to make it free and she said she was going to call her main office to see how they are supposed to be cashing people out. She said she thinks they made a mistake and meant online only but messed up the fine print. But she honored since that’s how its stated in the email.

the gal at my store let me do it in store, but kinda’ fussed at me about it, too. I kept pointing out the “show on mobile” part and she kept saying “but it says ‘free shipping’ in the graphic. BUT I was able to get it 🙂
6506 is the code to get it free. Corporate sent out an email stating they will honor it as long as your have the email.
