Any available for renewal savings? Thanks!

    • Gary

I switch between my wife and I each year

      • Bill

Do you get the complimentary membership cards for each other also or just get the main card when you alternate between you and your wife?

        • mary gonzalez

You get the complimentary card as well as your own.

  2. Aim

If you have discover card check deals. They have offers on renewal too.

  3. SARAH

Anyone know if you had a membership that is now expired if you can still do this deal? Mine just expired yesterday and I was hoping for a deal.

    • Laura

I think you have to wait 6 months

    • gonzalez1960

Use a different email address and you can get the deal.

My local store allows me to use deals like these to renew. Even if it’s for “new” members only they just renew my card. Love sams club! I used to just switch back and forth from my husband being primary to me primary every other year but I don’t have to do that now. I usually wait for the plus membership deals though. Better for us.(family of 6)

Anyone recommend having both a Sam’s and Costco membership cards. I had Sam’s a while back, but I switched to Costco a couple years ago and subsequently let my Sam’s membership expire. Anything I’m missing from Sam’s that I should know about?

    • Ally

Honestly, no. We have both but I’ve thought of letting our Sams membership go. Costco has much higher quality stuff. Like for example, Costco & Sams have a huge bag of frozen broccoli for the same price. But, Costco’s is organic & tastes a lot better.

    • Holly

I just let go of our Costco membership and kept Sams. For us, Sams has much more practical food choices. There are still some things I preferred at Costco, like their ready made deli items, but overall I get more value at Sams. Plus, out Costco had horrible lines no matter when you went, and now I use Scan and Go at Sams and can skip the line.
If you currently have a Costco membership and decide to cancel, be sure to cancel in store and get your membership refunded.

I think it might vary for region, I do have both, but I honestly prefer Sam’s Club here because the Costco here only has a lot of things in low or reduced fat (sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, if they have it, etc.) and we eat a low carb lifestyle that doesn’t favor the reduced fat.

  5. Laura

Not that great of a deal. I wish they were offering free items like they did last year

    • Eve

Kinda thinking same. Pay $45, get $10 gc, pay ~$22 to get these “discounted” items. If you can use the $10 gc along with the coupons for the discounted items then- that’s better. Pay $45, get $10 gc, grab discounted items using $10 gc pay ~$12… meh.

    I have a BJ’s membership. Is Sam’s better??

  7. Pat

Just the fact that I don’t have to stand in line is plus. Costco used to have self checkout and it was so nice. Then they TOOK THEM ALL OUT and I have to stand in line for only 1 or 2 items, of course, complaining to them did no good at all.

  8. Luv

The business is the same price as the regular one. Can you get the business membership even if you don’t have a business. I like it because you can go early when they open at 7 am compared to the regular membership?

  9. Mary

I went to Sam’s Club to use this deal and they told me the $10 gc was only with the Sam’s Club + membership, not the basic $45.00 membership.

  10. Sarai

Does anyone know if this could be printed and then stacked with Ibotta and checkout 51

  11. Tiffany

I signed up and never got my deals 🙁 How do they arrive on the card? Via e-mail? SO BUMMED!

  12. Mary Gonzalez

This deal expired 09/11/2017 why is it still online?

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)
