Did it show in your account where you purchased it and will be getting the refund? I did it and did store pick up and will be picking it up but I nothing shows on my account.
It does take a day or so for it to appear. Just hold onto your receipt in case anything really did go wrong.

I used this last week with the large bottle of Dawn. Instead of the large bottle they substituted 5 small bottles. The WM employee insisted it was my fault because I hadn’t noted “no substitutions” on my order. Sorry, but I’ve never heard of that before. I did this yesterday and picked up in store last night. After I picked up I received an email from walmart stating that a refund of $5 would be given to me. No explanation as to why though. I’m curious if it will mess up the cashback deal since it specifically states the price in the deal conditions. Guess only time will tell.

Yes yes hope so! They also emailed me to say it might change later within 14 days else to ctc them again.
I got a response back from customer service and they said not to worry that it can happen this way and the credit will show up later. If not to contact them back so I hope it just works. At least they are aware and gave me some hope.

Glad I’m not the only one this happened to going from $24.96 to $1.98. I took a screenshot of it saying $24.96 pending before it changed. I also got the $5 refund after picking it up

I couldn’t figure out the paypal payment so I did the amazon waiting until the 9th or before to get the amazon code. Was shocked to see it was there very happy. My father also got his money today.
I was worried, so I wrote them last night. They said they were still working through these, but they kindly pushed mine through. So they are fixing it and if you’re still anxious, contacting them seems to work quiet well and they seem to be understanding too.
