My email didn’t work. I used the same email before.

Darn! Maybe try giving them a call to see if they might be of help.

Yahoo said note 8 won’t work as well on tmobile so I’m not going to bother.

    • pokz

      wont work on TMobile? why?

I would like to pre-order one, but wasn’t affected by the recall. If anyone has an email that would work, please consider letting me borrow. I am in “desperate” need of a new phone. Lol. Thanks!

if u need a new phone and dont really want note8…wait for bestbuy deals every friday on cellphones…i got an S7 Edge on Sprint for 7.99/month for 24 months without renewing a contract

      • Paulina

Were there any strings attached or any other fees or plan? My husband needs a phone and a deal like the one you got sounds too good to be true

        • Nanette

I did the same thing when Best Buy had the S7 Edge for $7.99 a month. But with Verizon. Unlike what someone had posted about not getting the Best Buy price with their carrier I had no problems. I received and email from Verizon and it clearly stated $191.76 @ $7.99 a month. Just know you will have to pay taxes on the phone which it was $60 for me & I had to pay a $30 activation fee (not sure if all carriers do) but they put that on my bill.

          • pokz

Yes u have to pay the tax upfront and the activation fee…i paid $50+ upfront…it didnt touch my sprint contract…though mine has been up for quite a few months now

My hubby had a Note 7 and loved it, he kept it until the day he couldn’t keep it any longer without Sprint turning him off, then he got the S7, which he never wanted but had no choice in the matter, and hates the S7. I just submitted our receipt for the Note7 and hope we are included in this promotion because he would love the Note 8 instead. We were so annoyed at the time they were forcing us to get a phone we didnt want (they wouldn’t activate an old one for us – long story) so this would be awesome. If your email address is not found, just continue without it – that’s what I did. The store you went through probably completed the return to Samsung so your email address wouldn’t have been used (that’s what my carrier told us just now when I called).

      Thanks for the helpful feedback!

I logged onto the Samsung website today and entered my email address for former Note7 owners, I returned 2 of them! I was eligible and will be trading in my unwanted S7 for a $425 discount on the Note8. Plus receiving a lovely Gear360 gift. Sweet deal. Grand total for all was $525.00.

      Awesome!
