So just wondering, once the 2 years is up do you have to cancel before they start charging you?
I have the free American Express ShopRunner membership. When I tried adding 2 years from Paypal to that membership, it couldn’t, maybe because under membership expiration in my account, it said “N/A”. Does the American Express membership even have an expiration?

Mine says, “You already have a ShopRunner account.” How are other people getting addiotional years added to their existing account?
One possibility: If you have your account free through American Express or Mastercard card, it is good “forever” (as long as you own the card). Since there’s no end-date to extend, you can’t add this.
This happened to me too. I entered my roadrunner e-mail and password and got the deal. Strange but I’ll take it!

I got that message too (i had a shop runner account.. it says cancelled since I no longer have one).. I called customer service and they said once I had a shop runner account and no longer maintained the membership, you are cancelled and can NEVER get another one with the same email address. Seems like a ridiculous policy to me… so no free 2 year new member ship for me!
I just want to note that my membership (that I’ve never paid for) “ended” on 12/2015 but I’ve never once had any issue using it. They don’t have any payment info on file for me to charge anything, and I’m sure they never have. In fact… even with my expired account… I used it this month. 🤷🏻♀️
I’m having the same issue. I can’t add this deal and it says mine will expire 12/16/15. But I just used it last week and I haven’t ever charged a renewal fee. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

hey collin..what happens after the 2 yrs? do they charge your PayPal acct for a yr, 2 yrs? if you dont want to pay for it what do you do at the end of the 2 rs free..
