I ordered towels from jcp online for pickup 23 days ago and my order still isn’t ready. I have contacted the customer service where they told me my order should be ready for pick up but when I went to the store, they yelled at me for going there when they haven’t called me to say it’s ready. It’s been really difficult to contact higher ups in jcpenney to complain to them about the service I have gotten… I did your towel deal from back then so I could give my mom for her birthday but that day has long gone now….
Same thing happened to me. I ordered bedding 2 weeks ago and still nothing shipping. I contacted them and told them to cancel the order.
