I’ve been wanting to try these. Perfect time before school. Thanks!

    • Sandra

I have this, works great and keeps water cold for hours

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome Molly!

I just picked this up on clearance at Kohl’s ($12 before coupon and Kohl’s cash I had. $5 OOP)
And I’m loving it! It works as well or BETTER than my husbands vacuum sealed Camelbak!
I’ve had ice left after 24 hours! And it’s been upside down in my purse with ZERO leaking. I might have to buy one for everyone in the family!

Does the bottle sweat? That’s my biggest issue with the Contigo cups I have now.

      • Lauren

        Zero sweat.

  3. Barb

These are the best! They keep ice for days!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Happy to hear how well they work Barb! Thanks for sharing!

  4. Robyn

I love this too! I prefer it to my Yeti since I can throw it in a bag.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Awesome! Thanks for the feedback Robyn!

I got a few autoseal stainless water bottles from Dollar General! just like contigo except no lock…totally leakproof so far. we love them. They’re regularly $8 there but I got them for $2 on sale once.

I got these a couple of years ago when Costco had a dual pack special. Love ’em! My daughter uses hers in her preschool room and loves being able to have the drinking straw covered (and locked on hers) and not exposed to the germs or some random child thinking they can help themselves to her beverage. The container is pretty rugged, too. And, yes…Ice really does keep for an exceptionally extended time providing you use a lot of ice initially which has been my experience.

And I’ve never experienced any sweating for those who’ve been wondering if they sweat.

Thanks so much Collin… just bought this 13 days ago on target and just now price adjusted with target… yayyy… love the bottle.

I have a couple Contigo stainless steele water bottles and I love them! They keep water cold and don’t sweat! I’ve found some recently at Ross for only $8.99.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for the great review Jenn! Good to know these bottles do not sweat!

Hi, do they leak at all? I wanted my kids to take to school and carry in their backpacks. Thanks!

    • Nana Donna 2 6

I have never had a problem with leaking unless the lid didn’t get screwed on tight/correctly or the pop up cover protecting the straw accidentally got pushed in, so always lock it when you expect it to be on its side, like in a bag/backpack. Fyi…it takes a small bit of force to push open the straw but I suppose it could possibly open if something heavy pushed on it, hence the locking mechanism was a great improvement from the prior version. HTH.
