The BEST part about this deal…

Through September 15th, 100% of the proceeds from the sale of these ‘Texas Forever’ Raglan T-shirts will be donated to Hurricane Harvey relief efforts by both Cents of Style and Hip2Save. The proceeds will go directly to the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund that was set up by Mayor Sylvester Turner, the Mayor of Houston, and is being administered by the Greater Houston Community Foundation.

And GUESS WHAT?

Since posting this deal yesterday, we have sold hundreds of shirts and raised OVER $6,000 towards the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund! All I can say is…WOW! ~ AMAZING! ~ YOU GUYS ROCK! ~ WOOHOO!! ❤️

BUT, because I know that everything is bigger in Texas 😃 , we are hoping to raise at least $10,000 by September 15th. Please spread the word and let’s help Texas!

AND, by popular demand, this FREE earrings offer has been extended through TODAY (8/31)! If you choose to purchase THREE ‘Texas Forever’ Raglan T-shirts TODAY ONLY, you’ll have the choice of snagging a pair of FREE Stella Quatrefoil Earrings in Patina, Black, Gold or Silver with your order!

      You’re most welcome Kathy!

  2. Christy

Does anyone know how these shirts run? Are they true to size? Thanks so much

    • beth pitt

I think the post said they run a little roomy. I just ordered a small and a medium. They have cotton in them, so you could shrink them somewhat if needed. HTH

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi there! They run true to size, with a relaxed fit. If you wanted them with more room you could order a size up. Hope this helps!

  3. Luv 🌺

From a Texan (living in south Texas) thank you, God bless you. And of course I’m getting a shirt to support my brothers and sisters. United we stand. 🌺

  5. Bobbie

God Bless Texas! I live in Georgia but have family and friends that live in Texas. We lived thru the flood of ’94 but it was nothing compared to the devastation in Texas. My heart goes out to each and everyone of you!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for your sweet comment Bobbie!

  6. Debbie

Prayers to everyone that’s been affected by this horrible storm! Debbie from Alabama bought a t-shirt today & I’ll spread the word.

      You’re welcome Holly!

      Thanks for your purchase Erica!

  10. Kimberley

I purchased one last night to support my fellow Texans in hopes that this will provide some sort of relief to all of those affected. Thank you H2S for posting all of the different ways we can help.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome!

  11. Mike

So much more $ would go directly to needed aid if you just sent $20 to an organization without getting a t-shirt to show others that you’ve given.

    • Mary

I agree. While I’m sure their heart is in the right place, it does seem like some companies are using the relief effort for free advertisement.
I’m appreciative and grateful for the thoughtful giving… But some of it rubs me the wrong way.

    • Stacey

As I do understand exactly what you are saying. I decided to buy a shirt also to show my continued support and constant reminder after the newness wears off of these few weeks that these people and communities need continued support from their country. Just like Katrina and other big catastrophes we have had it takes years of rebuilding and support. That’s what I see this shirt standing for!

  12. Valerie Strong

I bought a shirt yesterday! From a fellow Houstonian, thank you! Can we get a list of businesses that are supporting Hurricane Harvey relief efforts? I know James Avery, Beauty Blender, Sprinkle Cupcakes, Urban Air, etc are doing promos that go to relief efforts. That would be amazing!

  13. Dice

    I got one. Thanks! ❀️

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re very welcome!

  14. Stefanie

Any idea what the dollar amount is that is being donated from each shirt?

    • Dice

It said 100% of sales will be donated

      • Jane

Proceeds are above and beyond what costs are for them to produce the shirts. So it’s not technically 100% of your money going to TX

        • Dice

Ah I didn’t know… that’s what I understood from what it said on this post and on the product description… 😐

  15. Cathy

Thank you for donating to the Greater Houston Communitty Fund! We have family in Houston who, though they have personally have suffered devastating property loss,, have become civilian first responders. They have formed the Harvey Armada, using their own boats to answer the thousands of calls that Emergency Services can’t handle.
These folks all recommend the GHCF for donations.
    Thanks again!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re most welcome Cathy!

  16. lizz

May God continue to bless yall for helping us here in Houston who lost pretty much everything. Everything helps.

  17. Cheyenne

I think this is great but what about South Texas areas such as Rockport that got hit. Everything I have seen is an outing supporting Houston but not other areas.

    • Mary

Cheyenne….go to wixx.Com to see what is being done for Rockport in Northeast Wisconsin. You should be seeing truckloads of aid soon.

  18. mom of 2

Thank you so much…. from Houston!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re most welcome!

  19. Monique

@cheyenne my mom and I were saying the same thing we donated toiletries and a few cases of water to a local mattress store who was delivering donations as well as mattresses from his store. We donated and can only hope that our donations reach all of the parts of Texas that need the help and supplies…I am making monetary donations tomorrow knowing that it will have a better chance of reaching everyone. I bought the james Avery charm with that same hope and plan on buying this shirt as well…

Why is it when I try to use the share arrow at the top of these post it never works. I am using my iPad and I always get an error message. So I am never able to share Hip2save deals πŸ€”

    • Dice

Same here… it wasn’t like that before though

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi there! Are you using a mobile device? If not, maybe try in a different browser as sometimes that can help.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn! I am wondering if it is because you are using a mobile device. Are you able to switch to desktop view?

  21. Laura

Thank you guys for doin this. I just purchased one!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re so welcome Laura!

  22. Evan

Thank you guys so much! I live in Brazoria Co & neighbors near me were evacuated. I work in Missouri City & had 2 more large neighborhoods evacuated & still may see more damage as the Brazos river crests. My company would love to buy 100 of these for our staff, can you email me or tell me how to buy in bulk? Last night our mobile kitchen served hot meals to families at NRG. I helped & took my 11yo daughter for the experience. They served brkfst & lunch too and to see people so appreciative was humbling. Today I have trailers coming into deliver toiletries, water & addtl food supplies for shelters & residents all over. We have 12 trailers & will be in ALL areas today. Thank you all.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You’re so welcome Evan! You should be receiving an email shortly! πŸ˜‰
