Honestly, I don’t ever have good luck with 7-11! I’ve tried four times in the last month to get the free things offered on their (very user-unfriendly) app and none of the store carry the freebie they’re offering. It isn’t just around me because I tried two out of state while on vacation and they told me the same thing. It’s very annoying because I usually drive out of my way to go to the stores.
Has anyone else had this issue or is it just me?
I gave up. To begin with the men that work in our store are always grumpy and rude and not helpful at all. If something doesn’t scan they just say, It doesn’t work and they move on. No help at all. Even though you could clearly see I had 5 free ice coffees and I had the correct size cup. ALso they are always out of the free item even before noon. Not worth it.

Same here! I thought I was the only one! I’ve had a dollar off coupons work and my 7th free cup always works. The free stuff never works.

Offers seem to be the same though.
