Has anybody tried these? Any reviews, good or bad?
I have tried them once. I took it right before I left for work. It takes me about 7 minutes to get to work but about 4 minutes in I start to feel sick to my stomach. By the time I make it to work I feel like im going to throw up. Which I did once I made it inside. It was the only thing in my stomach. So ive been afraid to try since. I dont know if it was because I hadnt eaten anything before but I havent had that problem with any other heartburn medicine.
Thank you for your honest feedback. I may stick with my Tums for now.
The tummy zen is horrible. I have taken zantac for years and wanted to try this. It made me sick also. It actually made my heartburn even worse. Buyer beware or ask your dr. first. Take care.
Thank you for your feedback. I am currently on Zantac- trying to get off my PPIs and having trouble. Sounds like I should just stick with the Tums for now since I really can’t deal with the heartburn getting worse!
Hi Nina- That is certainly very very unusual since the ingredients in TummyZen are all minerals that are classified by the FDA as safe (GRAS classification). Would absolutely recommend speaking with your doctor on this. You could also try taking TummyZen (only 1 pill) at the same time as another heartburn product and then reducing the dosage of both gradually. Wish you the absolute best of health!
