is this 2pm central or ? I couldn’t find that info.

    • Jenny

      2pm ET

      • Kristy

        It says MST on post

        • Tori

Actually, it says “2PM EST (that’s 12PM MST!)” on the post.

How many meals on this pass would it be healthy to take advantage of, I wonder… Taking full advantage of the pass may just be detrimental to ones health… Just a thought.

I would be tempted to get the most for money and want to eat there every day. That would be a very bad idea. Good thing I don’t have an Olive Garden close by. How cool would that vacation be though?!

    • Daniela

Italians eat pasta almost every day, they are pretty healthy as a country. I think it is just portion control. Now if you get chicken alfredo or something fatty like that, every single day. Ooof no. But a nice primavera you should be good.

      • sann

They eat it everyday! But the food there is very different from Olive Garden. OG is Americanized. haha We have family from Tuscany and they wouldn’t want to eat there. They are so picky about their food and ingredients. but… the food there is so much better 😀

    • Melissa Pinkelton

Good thing this is a coupon website and not a health / diet website … 🙂

  4. Garfield

This sounds like fun but I hope they don’t automatically sell only the endless pasta card to the people attempting to get the trip after it sells out. I assume they will sell out in split second. I would like to try but I definitely don’t want the endless pasta. Lol!

  5. Deidre

So if I’m reading correctly you’ll know if you got the trip before you go ahead and purchase the pasta passport?

    • sann

I think so, because it would be 200 instead of 100? I hope it’s not confusing. I don’t really want 8 weeks of olive garden.

  6. Heidi N

If someone wins the trip to Italy and needs a friend to go with them, I volunteer!!!

  7. sann

My daughter lives in Italy! This would be so awesome to go see her for 200 dollars! 😀

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      How neat! Good luck!

  8. Amy

The never ending pasta pass comes with unlimited soup salad and breadsticks. If you were considering this you could just go and get soup and salad for lunch. That’s a good deal too!

  9. Fei

so from my understanding, you have to buy the unlimited pasta pass FIRST the you might able to buy the trip to Italy? $100 gamble to me.

    • Melissa

No, they’re selling two different passes. The pasta pass for $100 and the Pasta Pass Tour of Italy for $200. You pick which one you want. If you’re quick enough you get the trip for $200 which means you pay $200. If you’re paying $200 you know what you’re paying for. If you’re paying $100 you’re only getting the 8 week pasta pass from OG and no trip.

      • Fei

        Thank you! worth the try!

    • Lel

That ismmy understanding. You have to be queued up and ready to purchase the $200 deal. If you are not one of the first 50, it probably tells you before you complete transaction.

  10. ashley

Good luck to us all! It would be awesome for a hip2saver to win a trip!

  11. luv2save

Seems like winning the lottery might be easier, but thanks!

this is good for couples , if couple and kid below 18 then this is not good ( as one guest is included – if other guest is ur kid then u need to buy everything that to be matched to ur itinerary) , either u leave ur kid to grandparents and go or one parent n kid can go or couple with 2 kids for 2 passes.

so not for me as i don’t want to go without my son. offer is good, all the best ..

  13. Sunny

Found this post of Olive Garden replying to someone asking questions about the trip
    “Olive Garden
Hi Rebecca, if you visit https://bit.ly/2h1IVrJ you’ll see 2 images of passes – on the left is the Pasta Pass, the right is the Pasta Passport. At the time of sale, if you click the buy button under the Pasta Passport — and are successful in entering the purchase process, you will have secured a Pasta Passport which includes all the benefits of a Pasta Pass and a trip for 2 to Italy. We hope that make sense!”

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Thanks for sharing!

  14. Carrie

The pasta pass always sounds like a good deal, but assuming you left a $3 tip each time you ate there even if you ate there 14x in 8 weeks, your meal would still come out to $10.14 each time.

  15. Sophia

What a superb deal for the AYCE pasta pass and trip to Italy. Just the AYCE pasta pass isn’t such a great deal though!

  16. Bryant

The information on the site was wrong because it states 2pm EST. It’s not 2pm here yet but the passes are all SOLD OUT. 🙁

    • Bryant

Nevermind. I went back to the site and the terms clearly state the passes would become available at 2pm ET, so how are they SOLD OUT before then? I knew this was too good to be true. Scam.

  17. Bonnie

    Sold out!! 😯

  18. riss

That was quick! I clicked buy as soon as it turned green, and it’s already sold out! Same for the pasta pass.

  19. Scam

Yes where I live it would be 1 pm as soon as it turned 59 sec I watched and clicked and they were already sold out both

  20. Stephanie

Me too, I clicked immediately and it was sold out and then I clicked on the pasta pass and it says they were instantly claimed but that if something becomes available, it will move to the cart. Probably robots claimed all the Passports.

I’m really frustrated with hp2save. I’m receiving the newsletter everyday at 3:07 cst and most of the time, it’s a day late, so that a special that was good for that day only, I can’t get. The Italy trip,I received today at 3:07 cst and I noticed everyone was commenting yesterday. Therefore, it was past the time I could have attempted to try for the trip. What is the deal with not getting the newsletter the day it comes out?

    • Stephanie

I don’t know but I’m having the same issue! I wish I knew how to fix it!

    • jlgclassof2000

Don’t worry, you could’ve received it a week early, but chances are still slim to none that you would’ve been 1 of the lucky first 50 people to buy the $200 trip to Italy. Sounds like the pasta pass wasn’t any easier to get than the trip! I’d love to know exactly how people are able to get in on these deals when so many people are trying at the same exact time & so few are successful…makes me question whether anyone is REALLY actually successful in purchasing the deal. Is there some kind of special computer or internet connection or WHAT?

    • Angela (Super Saver Sidekick)

Hi there Chris & Stephanie! Can you possibly forward your newsletter email to support@hip2save.com? We would love to see if we can solve this problem for you

  22. Danelle Carte

    Love you information
