I have these as well for my 3 boys. I love them. They last for years and they stack well for storage! I would suggest checking your local Kroger’s if you have one. Every year after the school rush is over I go in for the lunch pails and lunch containers when they clearance them. I paid a little over $2 for this item at my local one this year. My youngest often does not put the lid back on his containers when he finishes and I often have to clean out his lunch bag and let it air out. It’s nice having backups! My kroger does 70% . Also, I was just in there today and got the $11 INKJOY Gel pens (6pk +1 free) for $3.30 which was a steal! Love those pens! They also had ticonderoga pencils marked down (but I bought 20 packs of them last year to last a few years when they went markdown so I didn’t pay too much attention to the price). They had folders, binders, mechanical pencils and some other school stuff on markdown. This is the time of year I stock up for the next year (using commonly used items and the school list from this year for the next years grades).

Sorry for the rant! Love these containers!

Thanks for the helpful feedback! Happy to hear how pleased you have been with these containers! 😉

Thanks so much for the info., Lilianna! I was actually at my local Kroger on Sunday and nothing was marked down, will have to stop by today to check it out again.

Might be location related. Our schools started August 21st so its been about 3.5 weeks for this area.

I have four of these for lunches. The small ones are great for grapes or strawberries or a handful of something. I would definitely recommend them and I just got two more. Just in case someone tosses it in the trash on accident!

That’s exactly why I’m buying a couple of more! 6yr old threw lid away for one on the 1st day of school, haha!
