So I went in a store in NYC and the code is not valid. Then the manager offered me to call the customer service which I did and the lady over the phone told me because my referral link is from a website and that’s why it’s invalid. The store manager eventually made an exception and honored the free gift, 20% off and a pamper treat which was a mini-hand message for me. Of course I utilized the 20% and was able to also use the 6% back from ibotta. In-store only. What a great h2s bargaining moment ! Thanks !
