Please make sure that everything in your order is correct. They are horrible at fixing errors.
When I placed an order last time I noticed that the confirmation came back with an incorrect shipping and billing address (the two were combined into a non-existing address). They did not respond to my multiple requests to correct for 2+ weeks and the response was after the order already shipped.
