Customers with the two for $100 plan are not eligible.
I asked about that same account to customer service and they said the lowest price you can pay to be eligible is 2 lines for $60 each so they see the price difference as a better discount since Netflix is normally $10 a month. They don’t want you to double dip on the discount. I can see their point. Save $20 and get free Netflix.

I pay $109/mo for two lines with unlimited everything and the cost of the two phones, taxes and fees also.
Our bill for two lines is $230+ at Sprint. We’re currently looking for ways to lower the price, but Sprint only offers unlimited everything. We’re always around wifi, so we don’t need a data plan. Unfortunately, there isn’t a voice and text only option. Customer service is terrible as well. I keep getting redirected and just hang up after an hour of waiting. Any tips for lowering the price?
Why is Sprint so expensive? Can’t you cancel your plan? T-Mobile offers 2 lines with everything unlimited for $120 a month, with auto pay.
Yeah, change your plan. You’re only hurting yourself by not changing. Sounds like you got something else going on, like add on products.
Are you aware that they might be merging with T-Mobile?

I love my T-Mobile one plan! We have 4 iPhones all with unlimited and we pay $173/mo. Free Netflix included. Also if you sign up for “kickbacks” you will be given a $10/line credit on your next bill if you pay on time and use less than 2GB of data for the month. Unlimited if you need it, and a $10 bonus if you don’t. Also, T-Mobile Tuesday deals are an awesome perk!!
