Tomorrow, September 29th, head to your local ToysRUs store to score a Super Nintendo Entertainment System Classic Edition for $79.99! There will be limited quantities at each store and no rain checks will be issued so get there early for the best chance of scoring one of these systems; there is also a limit of 1 per customer. This game console is super-small and comes pre-loaded with 21 classic games and two controllers.
Check out this advice directly from ToysRUs: Since this product is so *hot*, we anticipate tons of loyal customers heading to local stores on Friday. A couple of things to keep in mind on launch day: our stores will open at normal hours (9AM local time) and quantities of the console are limited. If you’re hoping to score, plan to get in line bright and early – emphasis on early.
Do you know if they will be selling these online anywhere tomorrow. I need to drop my child off at school and imagine that the line will be out the door by the time I get there. Assuming there are any left by then.

NO they filed bankruptcy and had no money for product, what the stores will get is it. Each store is only getting 30 period and that could be staggered delivery times that was all they ordered. That’s 10% of targets order and 5% of Walmart and bestbuy!
My store has 36
my TRU got 36 on the first load, my target got 26, I am not sure how much my walmarts, best buys, or games stops got. I also live in a small city of 100,000 . I easily got two SNES this morning without having to wait.
I talked to my local TRU stores and they said be prepared to start camping out from closing the day before. My local target said start lining up at 3. Walmart will start selling them at 12:01 am in store.

Target will sell at opening (normal hours) Walmart at 12:01 am. But people are camping out on these things.

I’m over the hype of these, worst manufacturing idea ever.
Nobody wanted this system for years now suddenly everyone wants one.
Many of us wanted this, but were not willing to pay secondary market prices. Plus, there are a lot of fake ones out now.
Most vendors will have them posted online at midnight. Be warned that website load pages will be slow and you’ll be competing on a national scale, not locally, so it will be as hard as waiting all night till the morning in line
If my brother and I both still had ours we could sell them.💵
I called my local Best Buy. People are already camping out now to get a ticket for one.
Gosh I want one, but I’m not willing to do that.
If you have anyone remotely computer savvy you can buy a raspberry pi and turn it into a game emulator that will be SO MUCH better than this overpriced sad thing 😉
It is also against the law unless you own the copyrights to each of those games

I actually have two original Nintendo systems!!!!
I wanted one but in the picture the cords look so short for the controller… if that’s the case, I’ll pass.
People have said that they buy wireless controllers that work well with these.
We still have are originally and play it as a family… out kids would rather watch us than play… my husband and I get really competitive playing the Tetris Dr Mario game….
Thank goodness for preorders! Mine shipped out a couple days ago!! I waited in line for hours for the last one to be told they had 7!!!
Getting ours from Walmart at midnight. Husband is currently waiting in line!
So crazy thing. It has been raining all week so i guess my area isn’t too excited about waiting in the rain for a chance to get one. I dropped my kids off at school at their normal time and made my way to TRU out of curiosity. I was the 3rd person here. My location opens at 10. It is now 8:45 and literally only 4 people. The sign on the door says 36 availavle. I am waiting in my car. No line.

I got two! Well I got one and my brother met me and got one for our sister. The SNES was the “hot” item when she was a child and she loved hers. So she wanted one. It was either me or her (she had to work). Her birthday is on Oct 10 and my siblings and I all chipped in and got her one. Now I have one for my boys and one for her!
I got one of these today from my target… The line started around 745am, they open at 8am. they had 36 at my target and when I left they still had tickets left over. I live in a smaller town so that might be why it was so easy for me to get one
