I was doing it through ebates app. I added 2 boxes of contacts but still don’t see the beauty bag added to the order.

I ordered contacts and the beauty bag automatically showed up in my cart for free. However, the beauty bag was NOT delivered. I called customer service and they said that you had to spend $50 in beauty purchases in order to get the beauty bag free, and prescriptions do not count so they did not ship it even though it was in my cart on checkout.
Yet another reason why Walgreens is at the bottom of my list among all the drug stores!
Got my order today and it was just contacts, no beauty bag ☹️
UPDATE:
I called customer service today and they said that the beauty bags ran out on 9/28. They are giving customers a 5,000 Balance Reward Pts. Better than nothing! 🙂
