I had issues like the people below this comment with the credit not showing. I also couldn’t find the cancelation option in the settings. Had to call customer service to cancel and for them to add the amount bc on their side it showed 00.00 for amount and nothing on my side. Again, like the posters below.. it happened to me. Make sure people check with customer service regardless. The representative stated they’ve had issues with this paticular promo.

Does anyone know when we’d have to cancel by to avoid being charged for next month? I couldn’t find it in the Terms & Conditions.

Including today as Day 1, 30 days is October 27. I would just set a reminder to cancel a few days before that.
I canceled right away to avoid payments after the free trial, it was under the music settings. You can always go back and continue with the payments if you change your mind.
I cancelled already too I don’t want to forget about it later.

I did the same thing with audible but forgot for 3 months. I called Amazon to cancel and they refunded the 3 months I paid for as they could see I had never used it. They were very nice about it. I didn’t even ask for a refund, just told them why I wanted to cancel and they offered. Worth a shot for anyone else.

Question – Is this the new prime music? I used to listen to prime music that was included with my membership in Alexa, but haven’t been able to do so for quite some time now. Is this the replacement that you now have to pay for?
Prime music is still technically a thing, although about 3-6 months ago they started to make a switch toward this paid subscription and stopped adding new music to prime and even made most the music for paid members only. I listened to music on my Alexa all the time but about a month ago got fed up with hearing the same 10 songs over and over, since my husband and I both listened to it we joined the paid unlimited prime music. Hate that’s it’s yet another paid monthly subscription but will admit I have yet to want for an album or song that’s unavailable.
Anybody knows a website or link where we could donate money or anything else to Puerto Rico?

Hi! I got them both to work together! If you go to the citi offer first (I just searched Hip2Save’s posts) it gives you a chance to enter the MUSIC1 code as you click through. I haven’t used my $10 credit, but I did get a confirmation email saying that it was put in my account. And when I check my settings, the citi offer is there as well.

I always just search “subscribe and save” and see what ships for free. Snacks, cleaning products, or personal care things like body wash, shampoo, etc. Easy way to score something free with free shipping since I’m not a Prime member.
I picked up a book for my son for Christmas.
I keep things in my cart as “save for later” and then keep an eye on the prices (some of them go up and down almost daily!). When I have a credit or some extra $$ and the prices are low enough on some of the items, I move them to my cart and make the purchase. Mostly, I do this for gifts and things I’d like but don’t necessarily need. Right now, I’ve got a stroller on there that I’d like to replace one of the ones we have but I won’t buy it unless the price comes down since it’s not something we really need to get. I also keep a bunch of books for the baby on there and usually add on whichever is currently at the lowest price when I’m making a purchase.

I was having the same issue with the credit not showing up UNTIL I realized that I didn’t actually sign up 🙂 I originally entered the code and thought that was all I needed to do. If you follow the link, enter the code, and then continue to sign up, it should work. I received an email shortly after stating the credit was in my account.

Can you use your Amazon Credit to buy gift cards? I saw someone say that they bought an Xbox gift card with theirs. I thought Amazon gift cards could not be used to buy gift cards?
You can use the credit towards other GC, just no Amazon GC. So long as the GC is sold by Amazon, you can use your credit. HTH!
