This is SO OT but I just ran out of ink. I have $40 in rewards pending from Office depot – it says they post at the end of the quarter – which would be today, but they still haven’t posted. Anyone know how long after the quarter ends they take to post?

FYI that coupon DOES NOT work at Target. Beeps & Says item not purchased and of course they won’t verify & override it at Target. I tried it today…

    • Susan

I should clarify I’m speaking of the buy 2 get 1 free coupon. Tried to use it on the wipes pictured.

      • hipsaver2

        Thanks for the heads up.

    • katie

My coupon would not work at Target either. Couldn’t push it through at all either.

    • Susan

I ended up using one at Smiths today! The wipes are $4.79 and ringing up b1g1 1/2 off! My coupon wouldn’t scan at the register at all so since they are coupon friendly she entered it manually. And this isn’t typical but she took off the max $6.99 so I got an even better deal. If I knew they were ringing up b1g1 1/2 off i would have gotten 4.
So check your smiths or kroger for a better deal since they still accept coupons lol

      Darn! Thanks for the feedback!

    • Jacq

It beeped at my Target but my cashier pushed it through and took the 4.49 off. I guess it depends. I did buy the 3 facial wipes and some other beauty items that were not neutrogena

  3. Gigi

coupon does not work at my Target

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Bummer! Were you able to check with customer service?

  4. Julie

Coupon doesn’t work at Target in Springfield mo. The coupon beeped so they refused the coupon.

  5. Jenn

Coupon wouldn’t work but the manager overrided it.

I just used these same coupons yesterday before they reset the expiration date (the b2g1 and $4 off). I had them loaded to my store card at stop and shop and neither of them came off, which doesn’t usually happen. I gave the cashier the printed versions too and I think they both beeped if I recall correctly, but they pushed them through anyway. I also had the b2g1 loaded to my cvs card earlier this week and that one didn’t come off like it should have. So something is funky about these coupons. Best to use them at a store with a friendlier policy than Target’s.

  7. Lily

I did them @ Target last week, got one of Neutrogena Facial Moisturizers, a Neutrogena Toner and 3 Neutrogena acne spot treatments at self checkout and the girl manually put them in for me with no problem.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Glad you could snag the savings Lily! Thanks for sharing!

  8. Judy Trac

My Walmart said if the coupon beep they will not take it no matter what

  9. Gigi

my customer service at Target would not take the coupon bc it beeped. They would not consider putting it through. Glad to hear that someone has been able to use it though

  10. Liz S.

Target in Tampa, FL would NOT take the B2G1 coupon. The error message says to contact the issuer, therefore they will not override it. If your Target does, it is likely they aren’t reading the message. I’m not sure why this is happening but it is very, very frustrating.

    • Liz S.

Also want to add that the $4 off coupon did not work, either. They were willing to override that one because I had purchased a qualifying item.

  11. Judy Trac

I went back to cs to return mine because I notice the $4 didn’t take off from my order

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Darn!

  12. Pamala

Walgreens at $3.49 is still a good price. Are there any issues with using the coupons there that anyone know of?

  13. lalluji

not sure if both can be used. This is what in the details for digital coupon when I added it. “Terms and Conditions
Limit: 1 coupon per product. Inventory for participating product(s) may vary in store and online. Coupon may only be redeemed once, and is only valid when used with your Balance® Rewards membership. If you received the same coupon by mail, you can redeem either the digital or paper version – but not both. Offer valid only at participating Walgreens and Duane Reade stores. Customer is responsible for any sales tax. No cash back. Void if copied and where prohibited by law.”

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi there! This should work as you are purchasing two items and using two coupons. Hope this helps!

Can I simply say what a relief to search out someone who truly is aware of what theyre talking about on the internet. You undoubtedly know easy methods to convey a problem to gentle and make it important. Extra folks have to learn this and understand this facet of the story. I cant consider youre not more standard since you positively have the gift.

Today at Target I was buying 3 of the Neutrogena Wipes (supposed to be $4.49 – even less online – but were $5.99) which was on a buy 3 get a $5 Gift card deal. Everything was going well and the cashier gave me the $5 card. THEN when I gave him my coupons he couldn’t get the Buy 2 get 1 free Neutrogena coupon to work. Even the manager tried to get it to work… Nothing. Finally, I told them I wanted the coupon deducted since it was $5.99 and the gift card was only $5. So they actually took back the $5 gift card :/ WTH… I was SO embarrassed!
The cashier said it would be like giving me 2 free wipes and they can’t do that. BS! They get paid back from Neutrogena for the coupons and Target was offering the $5 gift card themselves. I’m about to write Target. I refuse to spend my money at a store that makes me feel this way!
