Did you know October is National Chili Month?

There’s nothing quite as comforting as a homemade bowl of warm chili during cooler months!  I’m a fan of adding chili to our meal rotation since it’s usually pretty easy to make and uses simple pantry ingredients.

Here are some delicious and creative chili recipes you should definitely consider making this fall. There are even a couple of low carb and Keto Friendly options I’ve included that sound delicious!

1.) Slow Cooker Pumpkin & Ground Turkey Chili Recipe

Try adding Pumpkin to your chili for a unique and rich flavor! Pumpkin also has some awesome health benefits including loads of antioxidants, high in Vitamins A, C, and fiber.

2.) Tomatillo Keto Chili

This low carb Keto friendly recipe uses half pork half beef, has a tomatillo base, and can be made in under an hour using an Instant Pot pressure cooker!

3.) White Bean Chicken Chili

This is my family’s favorite chili recipe that I make often, and sometimes I’ll make it in the slow cooker for convenience. The combination of clove, cumin, garlic, and oregano gives it amazing flavor!

4.) Cornbread Chili Casserole

Two of the best comfort foods ever come together in this Cornbread Chili Casserole! It makes for a delicious and simple meal any day of the week.

5.) Maple Bourbon Chili

This unique chili recipe features rich flavors of bourbon combined with the sweetness from maple syrup. The result is a thick and hearty bowl of chili!

6.) Jalapeno Popper Chili

If you’re looking for a different take on chili this fall, consider this award winning Jalepeno Popper Chili! It’s made with cream cheese and sounds so delicious!

7.) Homemade Quinoa Chili Recipe

Quinoa Chili is a wonderful protein packed vegetarian option that promises to be the best comfort food!

8.) Black Bean Sweet Potato Chili

This unique chili recipe, loaded with chili powder, chipotle peppers, cumin, beans, tomatoes and quinoa, is basically a giant party in a pot!

9.) Copycat Wendy’s Chili

Wendy’s Chili was my favorite as a kid, an I can’t wait to try this simple to make and yummy looking copycat version!

10.) Guinness Chili

Ever made chili with beer? This Guinness Chili recipe has subtle flavor in the background that adds a unique twist to basic chili.

11.) FREE Chili Party Printables

Although this isn’t a recipe, I had to mention these ADORABLE free printables to use when hosting a chili tasting party! You’ll even be able to print labels and comment cards! How fun.

If you have an instant pot try this one: https://platedcravings.com/instant-pot-chili-recipe/

I leave out the corn because it messes up my stomach and go for the biggest red onion I can find. I never have leftovers from it and the only person who won’t eat it is my dad who won’t try new things.
