Does one really need 24 different makeup brushes? Serious question.

    • Lori

I would lose most of them, lol

I never treat myself. I don’t have the first clue about these. I apply mascara on occasion, but that is usually it. Most of the time I am all natural.

I have makeup from coupon deals that I have scored for free. Great time to start playing with them. I had a $5.00 crediting Amazon, so I scored the brushes for free.

This will be interesting and hysterical I am sure.

I have free make up. I only wear facial powder when I go out for special occasions. I do not need it and make up is bad for the skin.

Have fun! Playing with makeup reminds me of being a little girl playing dress up at my grandmas house 🙂

If you don’t want to wash them every day it would be good if you had a lot of different shadows.

    • Swirlypop

Depending on the day, yes! Lol. I like a brush for each make up so that I don’t mix colors. I have a lot of make up so I have a lot of brushes. I don’t actually use 24 everyday tho. 😃

I don’t use makeup brushes, but… I bet if I did they would be just like Bobbi pins and hair binders. I can buy a whole cardboard ring of them and poof, 2 weeks later I’m down to 4 of each (out of 20+) with no signs of the others whatsoever… so 24 would probably be a good thing for me . I keep wondering if some day I’m going to find a magical spot in my house where all the missing socks are hanging out with a bunch of hair accessories.

    • Erica (Silly Sidekick)

      Awesome, you’re so welcome!

  3. Crystalsnow

Can I use these with regular paint? I would love to use these sizes for details on canvas!

  4. Laura W

I bought these and LOVE them!! 😊

    • Erica (Silly Sidekick)

      Great to hear, Laura!

I ordered these last time I saw them posted. The actually looked good, but they had a chemical smell to them like acetone. I couldn’t get pass the smell, I kept them for a few days and the smell was still there. I returned them because if they smell like this I really couldn’t see myself applying it to my skin. Just my experience.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh no! Sorry to hear they had a bad smell 🙁 Thanks for sharing your experience! So glad you were able to return them!

  6. Bon

Great deal! I plan to wash them with baby shampoo before the use. Thanks for the hot tip Erica!

Says promo code I entered has expired?

    • patty

That’s the message I’m getting. Frustrating I wanted to get these for my granddaughter.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Bummer! I am seeing that as well.

  8. Rberlanga

    Says code is expired 🙁

    • patsy

      Expired

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Darn!

  9. Amy

    Deal’s dead already.

  10. CORINA

The code is no good, unfortunately. I was going to buy these for my 9 yo daughter to pretend play make up with.
