  I have this and i love it so much. Its durable and non stick ! Just use silicone utensils to avoid scratching the pan. No metal or wood.

  No, aluminum pans (whether anodized or not) do not work with induction cooktops. The only exceptions are ones made with a magnetic layer specifically to make them induction-compatible, and there is no indication that this pan has that.

  I do know, however, that some people will use a pizza steel or other magnetic layer between their cooktop and their non-magnetic pots – then the induction cooktop heats the pizza steel and the pizza steel acts as a burner and heats the pot.
