Anybody have any reviews on the tulle treat bags?

Before you buy anything from Pottery Barn Kids, be sure to review their return policy! I recently bought a duffel bag online for my grandson. When it arrived it was huge! When filled with stuff, it would have been unmanageable. No return label was inside the box. They make you print out your own return label and it must be returned UPS. There is no option to use the post office for returns. Based on that, I decided to return it to a PBK store. The closest one to me is 45 minutes away. When I got there, they refused to accept the return because it is a PBK Outlet store. When I asked about my remaining options for the return of the bag, I was told to go to another store, which was over another hour away. I ultimately decided it was all a big hassle and I’m probably just going to donate the bag to Goodwill. I love some of their stuff, but their return policy is not consumer friendly, so I’m done with PBK. Do your research! I wish I had!
