My sister in law does her own gel nails and they look fabulous. I don’t know which light she uses but this is definitely a good deal!

I got this the last time and it works great! Super easy to use and my polish stays on for a while!

which brand gel base and top coat do you use? I used the Clavuz brand on Amazon and its not very good

      • Sarah

I use the Aimeili base and no wipe top coat, it was recommended in Mary’s post on H2S about how she does her diy gel manicure. You can search the site to find it, lots of great info for a newbie! Got it on Amazon for about $10 for the set. It works very well. I had tried another brand before this and I didn’t care for it

Awesome to hear it has worked so well on your nails Katie! Thanks for the great review!

Can we use any brand gel polish with this nail lamp or we have to buy a special gel polish?

    • Sarah

You can use any brand of polish 🙂

Just a gentle note…not being an alarmist, just sharing info. You do your own research and do what you feel is best.
I read an article in a health magazine last week that said these can contribute to skin cancer. I was shocked. I wouldn’t
have even thought about it. I just wanted to share that in case you hand’t thought about it either.
