   Has anybody out in H2S world tried the Barilla Ready Pasta?

  It is easy to make, but I don’t think it has the same consistency as Barilla’s regular blue-box pasta. I tried the penne, and it was thicker and chewier than the Barilla penne I usually buy. I like keeping a bag around for convenience, but I prefer pasta that’s boiled.

  Thanks, Sue. I was wondering what the texture was like. I have tried other pre-made, shelf-stable pasta products, and they weren’t horrible. I had a harder time with the sauce than the pasta.

   If I can get one package for 39 cents at Meijers, I got the coupon in my inserts today. I will see this aside for my donation to the food bank. They can always use more food donations.
