Check Your Fridge! Mann’s Recalls Fresh Vegetable Products (Sold at Meijer, Whole Foods & More)
Heads Up!
If you’ve purchased fresh vegetables from Meijer, Whole Foods Market, Albertsons, Walmart, Trader Joe’s or other retailers from September 27th through October 20th, be sure to check your produce!
Mann Packing is voluntarily recalling minimally processed vegetable products because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.
The recalled products were distributed throughout the United States and Canada with “best if used by” dates from October 11th to October 20th listed on the front of the packaging. Click here for recalled products distributed at retail and food service, product names, UPC codes and “best if used by” dates. Public health officials have not yet reported any illnesses associated with these products.
However, the Mann Packaging recall has also prompted recalls at Whole Foods, Randall’s, Tom Thumb, Albertsons, Triple B Corp, Vons, Pak N’ Save and other retailers. Go here for more details.

Thank you for sharing this!
You’re welcome Kathleen!
Oh wow. Thanks for the notice!
You’re most welcome!
I saw this early this morning and it bothered me because my daughter complained yesterday of stomach ache, headache and just general all over ache and one of our produce products is on the recall and it’s something only she eats. Had me worried. But she feels better now. So hoping it wasn’t related to that.
SO glad to hear she is feeling better Kelly!
You produced some decent points there. I looked on the internet for the issue and identified most people will go along with with your web site.
