I had a question about cvs… I got 4 products today used 3 coupons and 2 extra care rewards… but the last 2 coupons weren’t fully deducted… for a 4$ coupon only 3.33 was deducted and for a .75cents coupon only .66 cents was deducted. Why does this happen? If someone could explain the logic behind this I would appreciate it. Thanks.
Were you using a percentage off coupon? If you use a percentage off coupon – the ones that come in the mail as a postcard or are emailed, if you use beauty buck ECBs with them, the beauty buck ECBs adjust down. I have also noticed ECBs to adjust down sometimes if combined with certain sale items.
No didn’t use any percentage off coupons. Used 3 coupons from coupon machine and 2 ecbs from last week. I thought maybe they had a no of coupons= no of products like Walgreens does r something similar to that…

There’s something wonky with their registers. Unfortunately, it takes a while to get all the kinks out at all the stores. It was happening a lot to me, but the last month or so, all my CRTs & EBs have been deducting correctly. If you notice the deduction is incorrect before paying, have the cashier void off the ecb or crt, and rescanning will make it go through for the correct amount.

this happened to me today too..the maybelline $4 cpn deducted $3.40 and the hershey 75cents cpn deducted 25cents..both coupons from cpn machine..dont know why since this is the 1st time this happened to me and I go to CVS almost weekly
