I’ve even used it for sore thigh muscles. I sort of wrapped it around my leg and found a good way to hold it in place and it worked!

I tried the display piece at costco and felt that had to use lot of strength to hold it tight to actually feel it roll….was the piece defective. Any comments from those who have used it
