Based upon the comments above and my own experience of answering multiple pages of questions it appears this company is a scam. How can they be out of product before I received an email from them?

Keep in mind you’re whining over things things that are Free, if some are expired or gone how do you consider giving you FREE ITEMS?! 😂 SMH

I agree, Greg. It isn’t until you answer all of the questions that you find out everything is out of stock!
Got 1 item: the hair product (root touch-up). Everything else was out of stock. Sample Source used to be a lot better in terms of coordinating availability to match demand.
I answered all questions honestly- no samples out of stock. I tried several times with different browsers…hmmm the last time they were super ☹️

I was able to get a sample of the Root Touchup today and one other I didn’t want. I think it depends on how you answer the questions. I already had an account and I only had two pages of quick questions.
I am new and thought I got the “refresh” products and hair color offers due to being out of everything else..lol. I was in the site at least 2 hours after announcing,..and assumed questions were because I was new.
Sounds like it’s usually better Stuff that goes fast?
I just signed up for the “free samples” and it said they do not have anymore right now. The message I received was they have them/send them usually Spring, Summer and Fall. I do not know if they get any in between those 3 times or not – I hope so.
The questions it asked me when I signed up were specific and it did not give you the opportunity to tell them what “other” thing applies, just check a box other. Also under the do you have pets: If you have a dog, cat and a bird like we do It did not let me list all of our pets. (it did not let me check off all 3)
