  I called customer service and he was getting the error too. He submitted it for review and said it should be fixed within 24 hours. I just tried again and my order went through!! I don’t know if choosing another color of tumbler makes it error. I left them silver when the order went through.

   I’ve been trying since last night and it gives me an error message “An error has occured while adding an item to the cart. Please try again shortly.
