   I ordered something from zulily last week but the shipping says it will take 2-3 weeks. Is that typical? This was my first time ordering from them.

  I have only ever ordered from them one time and shipping said 2-3 weeks for me as well. Over a month after I had placed the order — and 3 weeks after it was supposed to ship — my item still hadn’t even arrived at Zulily. I contacted CS and they had no idea when they would receive it or when they’d ship it to me, so I cancelled. CS was very friendly and I received a full refund right away.

  I guess my advice would be to give it a shot! :o) If there’s a problem, they should refund.

  It is and I was surprised, too. I did not realize that Zulily sources their products from various suppliers. The way that they offer prices for less is through a large quantity purchase through their “events.” Also note that returns are not free and there is a restocking fee, as well.
