What a great price. This would make a fantastic hostess gift or holiday present!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Such a great gift idea! Thanks for the suggestion!

  2. Lolita

My daughter is into essential oils and would like a start up kit. Are these basic oils, or should I look for one with “Thieves” and other scents I have seen that seem to be popular.

    • Hashin

This is a good beginners list of oils. As far as brands this one is fair in my books. There are higher quality ones that have oils more in pure form. But for higher quality it does come at a price. If you’re looking at gifting I’d look at including a diffuser too. I use my diffuser daily.

      • MermaidMommy

I’m thinking about purchasing a great diffuser, that works well in larger living areas. Any recommendations?

        • Rainbow

I have the inoo tech the older version that is not available from amazon,it has color changing option and i’ve had it for over a year and love it. There are so many different verieties and price ranges. I bought mine for around 20.

    • Emily

Hi! Thieves oil is a blend made by Young Living. Young Living oils are a much higher quality than these oils. Just FYI!

    • Rainbow

I love plant therapy oil. They are good quality and prices are decent. 10 ml lavender 10.95,lemon 7.95,peppermint 7.95.
I am obsessed with them and now tgey have holiday blend also.

      • Amy

The holiday scent is AMAZING!! That is what is in my diffuser right now and my place smells like Christmas.

  3. Allan

    Love that brand

  4. StephB

Thank you! I finally order some essential oils for myself! I’ve been wanting to for awhile! 👏🏼

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Happy you could grab these! You’re so welcome!

  5. Daisy

Woo hoo! I needed more lavender for the kids room diffuser and $12-16 is about the average cost for the one 5 oz bottle I buy from the store. This is basically a bonus with the ying ling and frankensense

    • Rainbow

Plant therapy has high quality oils, and 10 ml lavender ships free for 10.95.

  6. melaniehizzarris

Has anyone got any experience with this brand?

    • Hashin

Honestly it depends on what you want to use it for. As I mentioned to someone above; in my opinion it is a fair brand. If you are looking to just diffuse it would be ok. I personally wouldn’t ingest and, again in my personal opinion, I wouldn’t apply this topically. There are better brands out there that have higher purity. But that also means they are on the higher price point.

      • Lydia

Any recommendation on a higher quality brand oil ?

        • ❤️my_lineman

Doterra and Young Living are top of the line but pretty expensive. I like the NOW brand it’s very comparable. I also enjoy the Woolzies brand

        • liz

I love plant therapy and edens garden

        • Rainbow

I have been using plant therapy since i found about them through hip2save.they are high quality oils with low prices and you can read abou how to tell if an essential oil is really an essential oil or not by searching online or https://www.planttherapy.com/blog/2014/01/14/can-essential-oils-be-ingested/
          Lavender 10 ml is 10.99,peppermint 7.99,lemon 7.99.
I have been very happy with their oils.

        • sara

If you want high quality and a great price check out EO university on Facebook.. Full of information and can direct you to other sites for amazing oils.

        • Hashin

DōTERRA and Young Living are probably the top. Garden of Eden is a close second.

    • melaniehizzarris

Thanks for the feedback, everyone! I am new to essential oils and appreciate the help.

  7. Staci

I tend to use the more expensive brands. The last ones I ordered were Eden’s Garden but for this price I am going to give it a try.

  8. Elle

I use several different brands of essential oils (from cheap to expensive) and have honestly been completely happy with all of them. I just check the reviews before purchasing and weigh price versus average review. Anyway, what an amazing price! I honestly already have plenty left of about half of these oils, but coming out to $1 per bottle to expand my collection with rosemary, cinnamon, etc. is totally worth it. Thanks!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

You’re welcome Elle! Thanks for the review!

  9. AOhio

I use the cheaper brand oils in the diffuser, because you’re putting them in water anyways. I use the more expensive (Doterra) oils when I’m using it with a carrier oil and rubbing it on my skin or ingesting it.

  10. Sara

Oils are great but PLEASE be careful. It doesn’t matter if you are diffusing or applying them to your body they should all be pure and 100% I would NOT buy off amazon as amazon does not regulate and many are being tested are full of fillers so if you use those you are putting those fillers onto your skin or in your lungs. There is actually an ongoing lawsuit against fake oil companies and many of them are on Amazon. Recently a friend of mine got VERY sick from a name brand supplement she purchased off amazon. Turns out it was altered with synthetic chemicals. It landed her in the hospital. If you don’t want some of the higher name brand ones try mountain rose Herbs site. You get what you pay for IMO i wouldn’t even use these to clean with

    • Kris

I second the recommendation for mountain rose herbs. I am a former massage therapist and have training in aromatherapy massage.

  11. bobo
